Smooth check in and good communication

Nothing apart from the price and maybe tell quests that they don’t need to bring the basic items ie tea coffee , sugar , washing up liquid , tea towels etc let them no there all available which was good

Property was very pleasant with all comforts and items required for our stay; even some extra touches we didn’t expect like dog treats and towels, some tea, coffee, sugar, milk pods, etc. and a bowl of celebrations chocolates that the children enjoyed. Very clean and fresh and close to the town should you want to walk around and do some shopping. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Terraced house, so street parking only which can be limiting, but we knew this before we booked and wasn’t a major problem. Code box code was different on Booking.com instructions to those emailed by host. Host was very quick to respond and helpful in resolving this.

Had everything we needed including dog bowls and towels for our mini schnauzer. Was very clean and in a great location right in the centre of Sandbach.

Parking is on road, was a bit difficult to find a space on a Saturday afternoon.

It was beautifully presented and felt very homely. The host had put a lot of thought into what guests may need for their stay. There was ample room for the three of us and it was so nice we decided to stay in and have a Chinese takeaway and have a good catch up around the dining table. The location was great, just a couple of minutes walk to the town centre, which had lots of cafes, pubs, shops and a great market.
