Calicantus Apartments Apollo

The location could not be any better, the town is literally step away from the doors. As we travelled with the suitcases we also appreciated there was a lift at the property.

There are 3 things that made us drop the review to 6/10: 1. The place did not give a feel of being clean - from visible dust on the floor, some spider webs with dust in the ceiling space and dirt marks on the mirror and wardrobe. 2. The light in the bathroom is only available by the mirror, we could not work out how to switch on the main light, although tried every possible switch. It does not give a nice vibes to have only one small light by the mirror. 3. There is no silicone strip at the bottom of the bath panel, so the water just falls on the floor. At first we were surprised to see a mop left in the bathroom but then it made sense as we had to use it the whole stay. Overall, the place would be much better rated by us if if was cleaner, lighter and the silicone strap installed at bath panel.

Fantastic location, spacious apartment and a great bed.

When you shower a lot of water runs into the bathroom. And a tip, make the standard messages from the accommodation a bit friendlier. For example, use capitals less.

The location is absolutely fantastic. Perfect! The apartment is roomy and comfortable. The house and apartment are in very good shape and feel very secure

The apartment wasn't very clean. The floor, the kitchen, the couch, the bathroom. All were a bit average. As mentioned by many, the shower screen doesn't work properly. A shower curtain would be an easy, cheap and effective solution

Location but too noisy

Noisy above there is no i insulations you hear everything from above apartment even when they was so noisy , landlord walked in without knocking on the door while i was in bed with my girlfriend i was shocked !!!!!!

did not provide soap and shampoo

Amazing location just in the heart of Como! We didn’t use the kitchen utensils but they seem perfect. And I can’t tell enough how comfortable the beds and pillows are, families can fit this house easily. Besides their free lockers saved our last day. Highly recommended!
