Woodbridge Inn Bed & Breakfast

Loved the cozy and warm feel of the property

Was on a busy road but close to Woodstock. If you plan accordingly with ear plugs or sound machine it’s fine. Would stay here again even with the nearby road.

When staying at the Woodbridge Inn you park outside the door and are welcomed into the pretty property via a smart porch. Like staying in a family home which is clean, tidy and well decorated. Lovely homely rooms and a communal seating area with fire, also communal breakfast area where one can obtain refreshments. It even has netflix on a large TV, Overall a very pleasant place to stay.

Due to the age of property there is little or no sound proofing and so the road noise is significant. Mattress not the best for comfort , but not awful. Breakfast provided had no options or consultation about what the guests might prefer, this would benefit from a revision. Otherwise all excellent

This was a most enjoyable Inn to stay at. Amy & Gerrie (hosts while the owners were away) were most helpful and friendly during our stay. They were able to recommend local restaurants and things to do /see. Home cooked breakfasts were excellent as were the delicious afternoon treats. House and bedrooms were bright, airy and clean, with a cozy feel. Adequate parking was available near the door. We enjoyed meeting other guests to share stories and experiences with during breakfast or around the firepit in the evenings.

We were aware of some road noise early morning as we had our window open but this not spoil our stay.

Really cosy inn with a beautiful garden. Very comfortable bed and nice shower. Hosts were lovely and Bentley their dog was very sweet. Oh and breakfast was amazing!

Fantastic hosts with Amy and Gerrie looking after the property for the owners. Lovely people who went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Lovely breakfast and afternoon cakes, with coffee and tea whenever you wanted.

Wasn't anything to not like.

Lovely B&B in a great location just outside Woodstock. Lovely breakfast and pretty outlook on to river. There’s a nice hot tub where you can soak and enjoy the views. There’s also a fire outside where you can gather and chat with other guests.

Bathroom was a bit cramped. As is usual in New England properties there’s an aircon unit fitted into the window. Great in summer but in autumn it means you can’t close the window to shut out the traffic noise. But as I say this is the case in every property we stayed in.

Lovely property. Beautiful little river running behind the house, great place to sit by the fire or drink your morning coffee. The hosts were warm and lovely. The breakfast was great!
