Sea Castles La Vue

Great apartment located in a secure gated calm residential area with private access to the pool and beach. The hosts (Keisha, Leary) were always very responsive and making sure everything was ok. The shower worked well, and there is a a small shop to buy fresh fruit (owner are lovely). O'daine, the day security officer at the main gate area, was also very helpful in recommending the BEST TAXI on the island: Mr. Rowhan who was always on time, offered the most reasonable prices (taxis are pricy in Jamaica!) for taxi trips, and is a great person to visit the island with, with great music on the way!! Rowhan was always flexible, made arrangements to collect us on time, drop us off etc. He always had a Plan B if Plan A didn't work out in terms of timings. With Rowhan, we visited Montego Bay, as well as the 9 Mile village (Bob Marley's birthplace & sanctuary - don't miss it), visiting a Ganga Farm and the evening boat trip & swimming experience in the bioluminescent Jamaican waters, which Rowhan helped to coordinate to make sure we were on time and always dropped us back at Sea Castles. Again a big thanks to Rowhan for the top notch taxi service, and O'daine for kindly providing us with his contact details. 'ONE LOVE' to Sea Castles residences, Rowhan and O'Daine - the best Jamaican hosts!

The aircon in the room : it always switched off after 1 min, so I used the fans a lot. The flush of the toilet also kept running (this was reported). It would have been good to have better cutting knives in the kitchen too. Also note that Sea Castles residences are not located in the main Montego Bay tourism & resorts areas, so you will have to take taxis to go around (as indicated above, I highly recommend Mr. Rowhan as for your taxi requirements, Mr. O'Daine at the Entrance gate is always helpful and can provide you his contact details).

Our stay at Sea Castles was nothing short of amazing! They were very communicative and caring before, during, and after my stay. It was very easy to get there from MJB (formerly Sangster airport). Codes and directions were sent in advance of my trip. There is a guard station so it is safe. The house...the house! They thought of everything! Fully furnished with appliances, dishes. Beautifully decorated, and it came with a complementary bottle of wine. It was clean and neat. The view! 😍 woke up to an ocean view from the living room every morning. Patio with chairs for your comfort. I can not say enough about this place! Perfect! I recommend this place. There's a restaurant and a bar by the pool. I've stayed at a lot of places in Jamaica, and this is by far the best.

It is not a dislike for me because I have family in the country, but this place is pretty laid back. So if you are looking for a party atmosphere, this may not be the place for you.

Absolutel great place to stay. We felt right at home. There is a restaurant on property and a convenience store that provides grocery items, beside the pool bar that opens until 10 pm nightly for relaxation and you can also be served meals there. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We are looking forward to our next vacation at this great spot.

Everything was great

The apartment was clean and very comfortable. Leary and Keisha were very friendly and responsive. The apartment was fully furnished with modern amenities, with full acess to a private beach and a pool. There is a very nice restaurant on the property that offers delicious local cuisine. We had a wonderful vacation! Thanks for an awesome experience.

Checking in was seamless and the location is absolutely beautiful with ocean views from the patio. The photos do not do justice to this apartment, as it looks so much better in person. The apartment was very clean and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. We felt safe knowing there was a security checkpoint to get into the complex and was happy to see there was an onsite restaurant, everything we ordered was very delicious. The host was very pleasant and checked in on us during our stay. We will definitely return on our next trip.
