MYThe stay offered a stunning view of Subang Jaya city from the lift area, which was a highlight of my stay. Coway filtered water was a great addition, ensuring clean and refreshing drinking water. Security guard was exceptionally helpful and attentive, adding a sense of safety and comfort. The room was well-equipped with essential amenities, including a washing machine, microwave, fridge and ironing board. The beds were comfortable, and the comforter provided a cozy night's sleep
I encountered several issues that significantly impacted my experience. The TV remote was nearly out of battery, making it difficult to use. The kitchen area, including the inside of the fridge, had a noticeable cockroach problem. The sofa lacked cushions, making it uncomfortable, and there were no extra beds or card provided. The cupboard doors were hard to open and close, and I even injured my foot on one of them. The iron was defective and didn’t heat up properly. While I understand the air conditioner was older, it took an unusually long time to cool the room. Additionally, the toilet lid was improperly installed, the bathroom was dirty, the shower handle was broken, and the shower head was unconventional and difficult to use. Overall, these issues made my stay quite disappointing.
MYI liked the set up. Loved that it had a washing machine. Bed was comfortable.
I didn't like the door system. We had a hard time on the first day because the battery had died. Didn't like the way the shower was fixed and positioned. TV could only access YouTube channels. Netflix would have been good as we have our own account.
