Excellent location just behind the railway station with beautiful scenic beauty from the balcony & also with all amenities. Last but not the least Alda, who was in the reception, her wonderful behavior impressed us a lot. Wish to visit Bernina Suites again and recommending others to stay in this hotel.

To me everything is good only the elevator works slowly

The receptionist Alda was efficient, professional, friendly and helpful. She really looked after us well, and made our stay very enjoyable - even recommending and booking a restaurant for us - which was excellent!
