Finding a parking spot is an absolute pain. We constantly parked in a no parking zone as the parking lot in front of the building was constantly full and so was the parking lot to the side of the building. Assigned parking for the unit would be very helpful and make your stay less stressful. Before arrival you are asked to check in online and you receive the code for the lock box. Instructions say you still have to come to the office located in Stresa within 12 hours after arrival. Stresa is about 15-20min away depending on traffic. Office is supposed to be open daily from 9:30am to 4:30pm. A bit annoying if you only stay for 1-2 days. When we got to the office on Sat morning at 10:30am the office was closed. The girl from the hotel next door said the flags are not out so nobody is there yet. We left then as we had to catch the boat for a tour we had booked but quite disappointing and a waste of time. Out of the 4 chairs on the balcony two were broken. Shower did not drain and sink was very loose and had a gap to the wall.
