Excellent location in center of old Bologna, steps away from restaurants and shopping. Filippo was a great host - welcoming and responsive. Apartment was immaculately clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, the air conditioning worked great. Everything we needed was there. Would happily stay again on another visit.

Great location. Ideal for a short stay in cntral Bologna

Could hear a little noise from neighbours talking & walking about. However it was not excessive and did not affect our stay.

Host was friendly and great communication. The access was through an app but it was all smooth. The apartment is a lovely space.

A big deal was made of the nespresso machine for us to make coffee. There were no pods though so no coffee. And no alternative way to make coffee even though there was coffee in the apartment. There was meant to be a tv (from photos of the place) but that had disappeared. There was no soap in the bathroom to wash hands. The bath needed a scrub as has dirty marks

Absolutely fantastic location. Close to everything and Bologna is an incredibly walkable city. Very quiet location with zero street noise. Good elevator. Apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped - had everything we needed. Air conditioning was excellent, and needed given the heat we experienced. Very lovely, warm, welcoming host.

The apartment is in an excellent location, in a nice building. It is comfortable, our host was friendly and helpful. The reliable air conditioning was a great relief in +35 C conditions. Buy your bread, pastries, cold cuts and cheese in the small streets nearby: via clavature and via drapperie.

We were absolutely delighted to stay in this very special apartment. Expertly and lovingly designed, it is a true jewel in the heart of Bologna. Stylish, comfortable and beautifully furnished, it provides a great sense of harmony - what a quiet and most enjoyable oasis in the centre of the old town! Our host Filippo was very friendly and welcoming, he looked after us so well and could not have been more helpful. Everything was perfect: excellent beds, a well-equipped kitchen with a Nespresso machine and coffee capsules, a spacious bathroom, a cosy living room with a little library and record collection... We would certainly like to come back!
