Great location. Lots of fresh air in the apt

Would have appreciated a few amenities, dish soap, more coffee pods, maybe a few spices.

I wish it was possible to check-in a bit earlier, as there not many place nearby to wait for check-in with a luggage

"Not worth the money"

The apartment is nicely renovated. Bed is comfortable.

Instead of sending written instructions they make you watch a video, my link didn’t work I called customer service upon arrival and instead of telling me how to access the apartment made me wait under the rain and watch the video through a different link. The apartment is not suitable for a short stay, there was no dish soap so if you only use a cup you need to run a full dishwasher. There was no salt or oil. No hand soap. There is a 70€ cleaning fee that wasn't reflected on the original booking price and then they threaten to charge you hundreads of euros if you leave anything other than spotless. Location is hard to access and not possible by car. Panoramjc view is a strech for a place with neighbors opposite.

"Felt happy there :)"

This appartement is very big, cozy and moody. Possible to see different conditions of the sky above the old town which is just in front of your eyes everyday from every window! Managers of these apartment are very lovely and reply super fast for the emails. You can turn on heating floors in every room you need, if felling cold. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to everyone!

It was a little bit disturbing to get away the garbage bags from the apartment with me, since I was alone and already with luggage and purse in my hands, going downstairs without an elevator, knowing that I have to manage the keys also. Under the rain this situation could be even more disturbing. I believe this rule about the garbage has to be removed and made by a cleaning lady.

Perhaps too many messages from the property management. Responsiveness is good, being bombarded with messages maybe not so much. Nonetheless, a fantastic stay
