The location was good for me because I was looking for that part of the city and the apartment is nice, the bed is comfortable!

Everything was great except that I don't like the VERY LATE check in which is at 4:00 PM, but she offered me to come an hour earlier. In my opinion, then check out should be at 4:00 PM :/ .

"Superb"

Parking availability, very comfortable place and beds, modern looking apartment, spacious living room with kitchen. AC was very helpful.

A trashcan was missing in the bathroom (for sanitary pads among other things) and there was no toilet paper holder. Very weird shower shelf, which was difficult to use.
