The setting and the peaceful environment

Sharing bathroom and the open area with the sinks, no door to close for privacy. The communal lounge with area for preparing food was very small and inadequate. Also after arriving waited over half an hour before being welcomed.

The house is in a very quiet location with beautiful views of the mountains and nearby farms. As a traveler via bicycle, I found it to be a great place to stay on my way to Mount Cook Village. Sanne and Ollie are very welcoming hosts and take an interest in their guests. It was truly a pleasure to stay there!

The cutest place in the middle of nowhere with a great, very wide view of the mountains and cows :) The host was was super nice and you can see that she pays so much attention to details. It's very clean everywhere and you just feel like you're at home. Breakfast recommendation in a nearby cafe was also great.

Everything was great

The stay was absolutely lovely! Everything was smelling incredible and the shower was the best one we had so far in our entire New Zealand trip! You are surrounded by cows and sheep's and can watch the stars at night!
