"Little Boat": A Modern Beachside Flat

Cold Stay Due to Non-Functional Heating We were disappointed with our stay because the heating in our accommodation was not working. Despite the cold weather, we couldn’t turn it on, and as a result, we were uncomfortably cold throughout our stay. This greatly affected our overall experience. We hope this issue will be resolved for future guests.

The property is a good size,spacious,warm and bedrooms very comfy .. Kitchen has everything you required .

The only very slight niggle I had was the lower part of the hand rail was missing and would have been better with that being put back up

Liked the location being walkable to local eateries and boscombe. Flat was clean and comfortable.

Flat could do with a few more necessities such as chopping board, tea towels and extra cleaning products so that we could clean work surfaces etc.

The flood very tidy and clean and the location its convenient for everything.

Lovely holiday flat for me and my family. High standard throughout including being extremely clean. The owner has really thought about everything with full facilities for a lovely weekend. The couple in Flat 1 below were very welcoming and very friendly. Hope to be back again.

Nice, clean and compact apartment. Not too far from Boscombe Pier or Bournemouth City Centre

Great space. There were welcome biscuits and Prosecco! It is decorated nicely. It is spacious and very quiet. I would definitely stay here again
