Having lock box in a different location from the apartment was very confusing. The directions need to be made more clear, including photos, etc.

some little maintenance issues need addressed... front door handle was about to fall off; coffee pot only worked if you pushed in the button the entire time it was operating, and most important PLEASE INCLUDE INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO USE WASHER/DRYER (IN ENGLISH). We could not get the door open or figure it out AT ALL.
