ROIt is a modern appartment and has all the utilities, an underground safe free car parking, very close to the subway. Close one can find 24/7 Spar in two minutes walking diatance. Bars and restaurants very close

The apartment was filthy, we found long hairs everywhere: on the bathroom floor, in the bed (my wife and I have very short hair cut) and the bed sheets were most likely not changed before our arrival; the bathroom sink was seated on a piece of styrofoam and proven very unstable; the sofa is filled with spots of unknown fluids and smelling; we couldn't use the balcony because the blinds were blocked shut; we had to accept the visit of some technician for about 1 hour after our arrival so he can fix a drawer handle; the telephone number provided by the owner was not available, so there was no way to communicate.
