The single bed was uncomfortable, and the sofa bed was uncomfortable too Also it was so cold and the heaters wasn't working, but the customer service was excellent and provided portable heaters

IEAmazing apartment, high quality throughout, shower was fantastic. Lovely attention to detail. Super quiet location, even though it was on a main road, we couldn't hear anything from the back of the property.
Slight mix up with the lock box code, sent the wrong one but was able to get it sorted with the emergency number so wasn't a big deal. Had asked for the sofa bed to be made up as we were arriving late, wasn't done when we arrived but again not a big deal, just don't offer if you can't follow through. No major issues here at all, really lovely place to stay in Chester.

More instructions on site as we couldn't get heating to work properly, tv instructions, etc - an information booklet would have been helpful
