Great location and property manager. Pet friendly. Super large apartment. Nice kitchen. Great parking in the building with no restrictions if your car is large. No heating in the living room but heater delivered immediately and with a smile.

No bedside lights. No matching wine glasses etc, we purchased our own otherwise it would have looked like a dogs breakfast. Electrics questionable. Speakers in the bedroom TV are blown and inaudible.

O proprietário/gestor deu-nos o código errado e não tínhamos forma de obter o correto. Quando chegamos à casa já tarde para irmos descansar porque no dia seguinte acordávamos muito cedo para trabalhar, não conseguimos abrir a porta. Telefonamos para os dois números disponibilizados, sem qualquer sucesso. Entretanto tivemos de telefonar diretamente para a Booking, que ia tentar contactar o proprietário senão arranjar uma solução. Esperamos mais de uma hora no corredor sem reposta do proprietario nem do booking. Sem solução de onde ficar. Experiência péssima. Entretanto, após inúmeras tentativas, por muita sorte, conseguimos acertar no código (completamente aleatório) e entrar na casa. O proprietario só nos contactou no dia seguinte pedindo desculpas e com a promessa de reembolsar parcialmente - coisa que até hoje não cumpriu. Acontece que depois de várias tentativas e respostas evasivas, quase três meses depois, ainda não foi feito o reembolso. E pior ainda, o proprietário não atende o telefone nem responde às mensagens. Reforço que tudo isto foi já bastante tarde e não tínhamos alternativa de alojamento, e no dia seguinte acordávamos muito cedo para trabalhar. Muito lamentável.

Location was good, short walk to the train station to get to Lisbon or Cascais. Apartment was lovely, in a quiet residential area, restaurants and beach within walking distance.

The space - 3 bedrooms

The dogs in the area. The first night a neighboring dog barked continuously for an upward of 4-5 hours. We could not use the two back bedrooms to sleep. The owner was responsive, but doesn’t have control of neighborhood dogs. He did make an effort and responded at 10 PM, but it didn’t change the situation. It was very frustrating for us because the only reason why we rented that place was because it had three bedrooms and we wanted space for this particular stay. Plus the 80€ cleaning fee was excessive for our less than 48 hour stay. Not to mention, one of the toilets in bathrooms did not flush properly. After the first night, I told the owner to just not worry about it since we were leaving the next morning . The first night was miserable enough with the barking dog, we were ready to leave.
