Everything. The location was handy, the apartment was spacious and clean, there was aircon and a washing machine, some nice chocolates and a coffee machine... Samatha was very good about letting me drop my suitcase earlier than check in and gave very clear instructions about how to access the building. Loved it!

Absolutely everything one can think of!

Excellent location close to all the main sites and not too far from the main train station in a quiet street. The apartment is charming with exposed beams and comfortable bed/bedding. As it's in an older building, sound insulation is poor but not a huge problem. The host Samanta answers all queries immediately. Although the kitchenette is tiny, it is well-equipped and okay for light cooking. There is no microwave but there is a full-sized oven and a washing machine. The Unes supermarket is five minutes walk away.

Spacious, clean, central, found everything I needed for a short stay (including slippers 👍, and a small iron). Samanta available and kind.

The location was perfect, with a well-thought-out design that made the stay very comfortable. The apartment had everything we needed, from a washing machine to a cozy bed, and even small touches like flip flops. Our host was very nice and made sure we felt right. Thank you!

I love everything about this place. Self check-in and the instructions were smooth. A walking distance from the train station. Close to everything you need like supermarkets, restaurants and bars. The host was very responsive..I will recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Parm for a short stay. She even had a bottle of water in the fridge and some welcoming candies too the apartment has everything you need to stay.
