Location, views and pools

The apartment was not fit for rental. I really do not like giving a poor review, but I have to be honest for the sake of the next paying guests . The owner really needs to invest in decorating and making it more comfortable for the guests. The mattress was so old with rips and stains. The bedding had seen better days ..The floor was in a poor state with holes in the tiles..The front door would not open properly. The shower broke and several things needed fixing but the managememt company were great in coming to fix these during my stay. When I arrived there was a post it note saying tv needs fixing! I could continue! ..its a real shame as it could be a little gem.

The only thing I would say good about the place was its amazing views.

PARKING: The parking facilities were atrocious. There are only 4 parking slots for around 15 others who want to park their cars. I had to park my vehicle about 1 mile away and walk back (Uphill !!!)

The views were stunning, unfortunately the only good thing this property has to offer. The kitchen, although dated was spotless clean and had all utensils required. The gated complex is stunning and really well kept. The pool area is brand new. So very disappointing entering the property.

The property is in serious need of a refurbishment. The balcony had brown stained walls and an old plastic roof which took away from the views. The bedding is old and dated and the mattress much older. The damp smell which I could smell before entering the property made staying in the property impossible and I had to find alternative sleeping accommodation. The walls are grubby and need painted. It really wouldn’t take much for this owner to replace the flooring inside, get new wardrobes and a bed and paint the property and the balcony. With any holiday rental white bedding and towels are a must, this property had neither.
