If you are one of those who enjoys tranquility, we advise you to come from Sunday to Thursday and if, on the contrary, you like to enjoy the nightlife, the weekend is the ideal time to come. Please note that the building is an old structure that has been fully refurbished. We have kept the original stairs and do not have a elevator. The stairs are somewhat narrow and steep, which may be a factor to consider for elderly people, those with a lot of luggage or those with limited mobility.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. "Great location, clean and comfortable."

Location was great and the roof terrace was good.

Stayed in the penthouse, 3 flights of stairs but the last flight of stairs was so narrow I had to walk up them sideways.

"Great weekend break"

The communication, check in and the location were fabulous. The apartment was just as described, the beds were extremely comfortable and the pillows just superb (I loved the pillows!). We dropped our bags at apartment bounce store nearby as we arrived early. It was really easy to find and handy for everything in Alicante. I would definitely stay again! We did have to use the ear plugs supplied as we were there on the Saturday night and the noise from night club attached woke us up at 1.30am. But the ear plugs helped us get back to sleep.

- There were only 2 wine glasses, there were only 2 of us so it wasnt a problem for us, but might be if the apartment is at full occupancy. - Additional mirrors would be helpful in each bedroom. There's one in the living area, but when doing makeup and hair, having one in each bedroom would be great.

Bardzo jestem zadowolona z rezerwacji apartamentu Abal Barrio 2.w Alicante. Mieszkanie wygodne, ładnie urządzone,wyposażone we wszystkie potrzebne sprzęty, jak również super wysprzątane. Pomimo, ze mieszkanie znajduje się w samym centrum starego miasta nie docierają tam żadne hałasy. Dwie sypialnie, dwie łazienki i uroczy balkonik sprawiły, że wraz z koleżanką wypoczęłyśmy znakomicie. Polecam !!!!
