"Great place for families, close to beach."

Great place and friendly hosts, we had everything we needed for our stay. Kids enjoyed having access to the garden (and climbing wall). Loved the location, quick walk down to the beach, and Ham Common was great for a run in the morning. Good base to explore Dorset from, hopefully we will be back for longer next time.

"Relaxing retreat"

Beautiful accommodation, well maintained, very clean, and good communication from the owners. Owners kindly allowed us to park on the driveway and gave us a slightly later check out time as it was New years Day. Sea views from the garden and within walking distance of Poole Harbour . A lovely place to stay and relax, I would recommend.

Nice powerful shower. Very comfortable sofa bed.

This won’t happen to everyone but the TV plug started smelling of burning during our stay! Which was a little bit nerve -wracking.

"The perfect place to just escape whilst also being a great base from which to visit Bournemouth Pavilion, Poole Quay and"

This beautiful property was modern and comfortable. The views from the mezzanine were particularly stunning. Being just a couple of minutes walk from the lake and beach was also a really treat.

Not really anything we didn’t like but just a note/suggestion to say that a bin in the bathroom would have been handy.
