Cosy House, Lisburn Road

It was almost home from home very comfortable and excellent bathroom facilities. The dining area was also well situated.

There was no chopping board in the kitchen and although there was an iron there was no ironing board.

Location was ideal as we were there for a procedure in the kingsbridge hospital. Bathroom seems to have been updated and shower was lovely

The beds were very uncomfortable. The blind on the back room was broken. The lamp is at the opposite side of the room. The bed in the front room was very uncomfortable we didn’t sleep very well. The headboard hit off the wall every time you moved. The bedding needs replacing as well used. Needs a lot of updating.

Good location. Plenty cafes and restaurants. Close to hospitals stadium and Queens University also fabulous botanical gardens. Direct walk into city centre approximately 40 mins also regular buses on Lisburn road.

It didn't feel like it had been well cleaned. Sheets looked gruby and there was a smell downstairs. Blinds didn't close in back bedroom so no privacy.

the house was very sweet and lovely and warm. Lots of greenery which we loved and two comfy sofas in living room. Patrick was very accommodating of what turned out to be challenging very travel arrangements for me. The house was generally v cosy.

Can I suggest thicker curtains in the backroom and a bedside table with a light on it? and an ironing board (we couldn't find it?) to go with the iron. a few more mugs would be good too in the kitchen. and we couldn't find a washing machine- presume there wasn't one when we were there. Finally there is an audible trainline behind the house - earplugs were handy for me as I am a light sleeper.
