Современный ЖК, чувствовалась безопасность в этом районе, рядом супермаркет Лидл, в пешей доступности станции метро, есть микроволновка, духовка, посудомойка, нужный набор посуды, кастрюли, кондиционер, неплохой современный дизайн.

Уборка была поверхностной, посуда не домыта, крышка унитаза сломана.

The location was excellent, the key process was like a good scavenger hunt, we enjoyed finding the locker to get the keys. The owner was very prompt. The apartment is very nice, beds are comfortable. There are a lot of good restaurants right on the spot and a Lidl and Spar very near.

There were no coffee cups, nor little spoons.

Apartment is located in a nice neighborhood and the building is newer. However, picking up the keys was not easy and was poorly described, bearing in mind that the pictures you get are taken in the snow, which makes it even more difficult to recognize the area during the day and even more difficult at night. Since we were also interested in parking, the owners insisted that we pay for it before arriving online, for which we were charged a commission of €23, no option to Pay it in cash upon arrival. The apartment is new, but the furniture is in a very bad condition and hygiene is at an extremely low level. Dust could be seen and felt everywhere, the kitchen was not thoroughly cleaned and neither was the bathroom, you get towels and bed linen for as many people as you have announced the stay for, no more than that, with the fact that in the kitchen there are 3 spoons and 4 forks, two cups, and 3 glasses (counted at fault), but in any case not enough. In order to use it all again, you have to constantly wash the dishes, and for that there is one tablet for the machine that was left in the kitchen. The water smells strongly of chlorine both in the kitchen and in the bathroom. The overall experience is bad and I would not repeat it, although the location is excellent, but given the situation and the inflexibility of the owners, I would not choose this accommodation again.

Sam stan je velik i prostran, dovoljan za 5 ljudi, ima i veliki balkon te se nalazi na dobroj lokaciji, ali to je palo u drugi plan nakon što smo vidjeli sve ostalo.

Čistoća objekta je bila katastrofalna. Od prljavih stolica na kojima se nije moglo sjediti, paučine u kutovima, prljavih ploha i šalica do kauča i podova. Stan je u puno derutnijem stanju nego što to slike prikazuju pa one svakako nisu mjerodavne.

Super kontakt przed przyjazdem i w trakcie pobytu, wszystko doskonale opisane i wyjaśnione. Odbiór kluczy blisko apartamentu. Dogodna lokalizacja. Duży i przestronny obiekt. Czysto i schludnie. W pobliżu sklepy i usługi.
