Central Studio in Central Budapest with AC - Brick House

The location is great, no doubt. Many resto, stores around, transport is in 7 min walk. The communications and access nstructions was very clear and fast.

We choosed this apt based on good reviews, but unfortunately we were kind of dissapponted. The main reason was the cleaniness.. We are not very picky, we travel a lot and we have stayed in many apts so far. But you can see right away that this one didn't have a good clean for a while. Dirty handles, light switches, cooking grease on kitchen cabinets and range hood.. A lot of black mold in the shower and on the washer machine, which can be easily cleaned. My wife works in cleaning services so she has a good eye on this kind of things.. It would have taken about half an hour to get this apt much better look only by cleaning it well (with some bleach and brush only) but we didn't find any rags and cleaning materials, only one small kitchen towel and dish liquid. There is no good ventilation in bathroom when the door is closed. We discovered the bathroom vent turns on only when kitchen range hood is working.. A bit strange electrical set-up.. You can even smell the mold odour when entering the apt, so we had to open the windows a lot to ventilate and to get rid a bit of the smell,, because the bathroom towels begin to smell the same after single use. Shower holder was broken, we reported to the owners, they suggested to send somebody to replace it, but it was not critical for us.. Later, we saw TV and A/C remotes both don't work. I had to put my own batteries to make them work and then we saw the TV has no single channel (the cable was connected). Another thing was the bed.. The matress was very hard and bumpy, you could feel the springs with your body.. The sleep was very uncomfortable for both of us, as for me this matress should be replace ASAP. You also can hear the people next wall talking pretty loud, but we were aware of it and it didn't bother us too much. It's a good apt and the location is great, but needs more care to make it more pleasant place to stay.

The property has a great location. The apartment is well-appointed. The check-in process is a bit inconvenient. I would like to see a better quality mattress on the bed.

What a great apartment along Kiraly Street. Location is the best! Close to everything. Spacious, comfortable and clean. Bathroom is big with its own washing machine. Will definitely book this place again.

Pillows weren't fluffy enough. Could have bigger and fuller ones.
