Location, style of the hotel, really friendly and helpful staff. Staff were really good sorting out the problems with relocating us

Unfortunately they had a power cut , we had to move to the sister hotel, which was close by and just as nice! The staff were very apologetic and very helpful

Staff were very friendly and helped us with everything we needed! Breakfast was delicious, room was clean, nice and spacious, very well equipped and it was also really quiet, we couldn't even hear other people in the building. Shower was outstanding.

Das Personal war ausserordentlich nett. Das Guesthouse ist mega härzig und man hat sich wohlgefühlt. Das Frühstück stand einem grossen, teuren Hotel in nichts nach. Rundum toll! Das Historische Tram 28 fährt beinahe direkt (1 Min zur Haltestelle) vor dem Haus ab.
