Casa Veni Ka

Location was great and the flat is very comfortable.

We were three women and there was not enough hot water for the three of us to have a full shower. Luckily the weather was good so it wasn't much of an issue. The host only offered a period of 1h to check-in and charged me extra €5 to check-in outside of that period. I don't mind being charged I just wish she had told me beforehand when I asked her about checking in outside of the proposed time.

Very spacious, great facilities and clean, all for a great price too! Only a 20-30 minute walk into the centre.

Possibility of self check in and check out. The owner is exceptional, quickly responding. Location is good, very cute and cozy apartment. Bathroom is spacious and clean, the mattresses are comfortable, was nice to sleep there. Finally we’ve found an air condition, refreshing the air without freezing the beds areas. I’m sensitive to air conditions, but this one did not provide any issues.

As the apartment’s door goes straight to the street, it was a little bit noisy in the morning.

Clean apartments. Owners leave some snacks, coffee and crayons for kids. Newly equipped.

In general it seams that it is some kind of utility or commercial space, reconstructed into apartment. Apartment is located at first floor, enterance is directly from the street. Basically there is no single window. Dirty street as whole Palermo. It is ok for traveling couples, but definately not for families with kids.

Host was fantastic helping us out when our rental car was vandalized Host had equipped the apartment to a very high standard with everything you needed incl shampoo, tea, coffee etc etc

Needed a Handrail to mezzanine bedroom. Going downstairs in the night was very difficult. The description was for a house, it it was an apartment Free parking was on the street which was impossible to find. Another apartment also advertised free parking. again it was impossible to find street parking nearby. Parking was a real problem in Palermo.
