NZAmazing location, really comfortable beds, heaps of space for three families, lovely bathrooms with underfloor heating. Great to have lots of kid-friendly plates & cups in the kitchen. Plenty of firewood was available. Easy walking distance to village.
Lack of information/instructions for the house including what to do with rubbish/recycling, bedding and other things upon departure. A few things in the house need a bit of TLC as they are showing wear and tear e.g. dishwasher didn't work that well, one dining room chair was broken, firewood basket had no bottom, heat pump stopped working for one day.
NZNZGreat location, easy to walk everywhere. Fresh, professionally laundered linen and towels. The house was lovely, warm and sunny.
There were only 3 wine glasses when the house can accommodate at least 8 people. The sink in the ensuite needs unblocking. More firelights would have been appreciated and regular tea as there was only herbal tea.

More wine glasses would have been great, more bins? Not enough for 8 people. Also the lack of prior communication about the hot tub not working was disappointing as we booked it on that aspect for a elderly member
NZNZLocation and size of the property was perfect for our group. Kids in one lounge and kids in the other. Fireplace was perfect as it snowed one of the days and we had ample firewood to keep us warm and cosy all day long!
Bunks for adults, hard-work getting in out of top bunk but served its purpose for beds for our group. Another than that, nothing else, bathrooms were great and showers pressure great.
