Hot water was not sufficient for three people, may be some settings to be done in the geyser.

staff was very responsive and friendly.

construction going on in the building. staff should be on site. the neighborhood doesn't want gentrification and said so with grafitti on our door. we had to throw out our trash in the non existing bins. what's the purpose of a cleaning fre then? first floor on Street entry allows passers-by to see inside at night even with privacy film. also we had to download an app to open the door?? what if Internet is out? the elderly will not know how to do this!

The hosts were very friendly people and helped me by giving very clear instructions on how to get to the place.
