It was a nice condo, good location

The people upstairs were very noisy and were very disruptive

Loved the apartment. It was great for the 3 of us. Everything you need is in the kitchen, just need your own groceries and you're good to go.

I didn't like the very noisy neighbors upstairs. They were stomping and slamming drawers until 11pm. Emailed the property at 11pm after dealing with the excessive noise for hours and she promptly answered. Didn't have the noise the following night thankfully. Not really the fault of the property though, just worth mentioning it here. One thing I didn't appreciate was we had to be out by 10:30 (which is fine) but a cleaning lady was knocking on doors asking everyone to leave at 10:20. I was walking out the door as she was walking up to our door and she asked if I was "done in there". I said yes just double checking we got everything. Then she knocked on the apartment across the hall as I walked away and asked them if they were leaving. Never experienced that and I travel a lot. Not good hospitality at all. She stood outside from 10am on and I guess got impatient. 🤷 Next time she needs to wait until 10:31 or just have the property manager handle it. ($160 cleaning fee BTW) The property managers (can't remember who i spoke to... either Maria or Antionette) were lovely though. Wonderful woman and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Definitely recommend and will be back. It was far enough away from the strip to have great views at night and no noise but the drive to the strip was only about 3 or 4 minutes! Will use again!

It was lovely and clean. We were very impressed. Great location- close to everything without being in the chaos. The balcony was nice even in the cold and we really enjoyed the fireplace inside. I’d love to stay here every time I visit Branson. It really was one of the nicest places I’ve stayed anywhere.

The bedrooms really need some curtains. It’s hard sleeping in with the sun in your face. The upstairs neighbors were moving furniture all day, every day so the walls are not soundproof. The other neighbors tried to burn the building down and we had to wait in the cold for the fire department- that was fun. A few hours later I was awakened by the neighboring building’s fire alarm also going off. This has no bearing on the property manager, just part of my experience.

Location was great, large condo, looks just like pictures.

Everything was very nice, did not need for anything. Only wish there would have been a TV in all bedrooms (not one in twin bedroom)
