Absolutely new furniture, smart kitchen and appliances, modern and comfortable shower room with heated floor, and what’s the most important, this studio had everything- teas, coffee, salt/ pepper, cleaning stuff, tableware( dishes, cups, cutlery etc, can cook yourself if you wish), shower gel, shampoo, that was very thoughtful of the host. Even an advent candle on the table:) The studio is small, however, it wasn’t a problem at all. Convertable bed was of a decent size, quite comfortable. Large TV screen. I totally enjoyed my stay, superb location. At first I thought there would be some issues with the app locker( I don’t quite trust this), but everything was quite easy and smooth, I kinda enjoyed it too. So far this is the best stay in Riga so far, for a decent and affordable price.

I can’t find minuses. I am quite positive

Bathroom, heavy smell of most likely mould, impossible to breathe in the bathroom, smell distributing to the room.

So clean,everything you need for stay

It’s a lovely modern studio very conveniently located and very clean. It is quite small, but everything is well thought through and well arranged. With double glazed windows the traffic outside is just a soft murmur, quite soothing really.

The pillows aren’t very comfy. On Saturday night neighbours on the other side of the wall played music with a heavy beat until well past midnight and I had to use ear plugs.

Great modern partment. Has everything you need and its perfect for a few nights. Its pretty compact, but enough space for two. Nice views to the Park. The location is superb. Would highly recommend!

One thing we found inconvenient was, that we had to pay city tax seperately, they should look at a way to include it in the price of the apartment.
