Did not know about the 250.00 deposit for locals. Also, always make sure you clean your own room they did not have clean rooms

I liked that the rooms were set up like small apartments. Very convenient for a traveling medical worker

This is a fabulous property! Devonte and Shemika were excellent at the front desk. We will definitely stay here again.

The room was large and easily fit all five of us with plenty of space. The only thing we noted was the food left over from the previous occupant was still in the fridge. Otherwise very clean and the breakfast was pretty good too. Tameka who checked us in was very helpful.

Well it's suppose to be a new property but a quick look at finish work and it's filled with issues. Decent sized rooms and parking seemed ample.

First was given a dirty room, food in the refrigerator, trash full, food on floor. Which i captured pictures of. The front desk clerk Tim had a mental breakdown when we asked to be moved to a clean room. No staff was available the next morning or to restock coffee. The whole area was a disaster, and we had to pay for coffee and food outside of the hotel. My issues have gone unresolved for the price paid. Overall, very bad, who owns this, where were the managers? Might need new owners and managers. Ppl seen waiting for food of what was there. Dirty area with old food plates just left.

Understanding that this property has only been open for a week or so, I can forgive some issues with my family’s stay at Home2, Jackson. However, these are the issues we had: There was a significant issue with the expedia booking that seemed to cause problems for Home2, which took about 15 minutes to figure out at check-in. After that, we could not access the room for quite some time because it was still allocated, in the system, to another party who had already checked out. Once we were finally in the room, we noticed that all of the previous occupants dishes and drinks still in the room. Additionally, the room smelled strongly of smoke from illegal substances and we found that the previous occupant had taped up the smoke detector to prevent the alarm going off. We were not offered an alternative room — probably because all rooms were booked. We were promised a refund by the staff, and told it should show up on our card by yesterday, but have not received one yet.
