De locatie met zicht op het meer en de bergen was prachtig. Leuk zwembad.

De comfortzetels op de foto waren niet aanwezig (gebroken en niet vervangen). Bed in de slaapkamer eerder aan de harde kant en zetelbed in de living niet comfortabel om te slapen.

Nádherný, udržovaný areál,.čistý bazén vhodný pro děti, plně vybaveny prostorný apartmán.

V noci nám svítilo světlo s průjezdu do garáží přímo do okna. V oknech chyběli sítě, takže komáři měli hody. Některé vybavení kuchyňského koutu jsme postradali, např. velké hrnky na čaj či kávu, další uterku, varecku. V okolí ubytování nic moc zázemí, do městečka Sulzano nevedl.chodnik, museli jsme jít po hlavní cestě.
