We were not allowed to self check in as the owner wasn't able to advise the concierge that we are renting the property for the night. Took us atleast half an hour to be let up the unit. Upon entering the unit, there are so much small cockroaches throughout the unit. They are everywhere!!! In the kitchen, sink, crawling on the wall, the table, everywhere!
