Spacious - PENTHOUSE 2 Bed Apartment with secure allocated parking

Easy access to the town. Good to have off road parking. Adequate space for 3 people. Clear instructions for the arrival. Once we worked out how to switch on the heaters the flat was nice and warm.

A couple of windows require attention. We weren’t able to close them properly and therefore it was rather draughty as the weather was chilly. I sent photos to the owner showing him the problem. The fridge has a very distinctive unpleasant smell and needs to be looked at or replaced. No basin available to wash up the dishes in. No hairdryer.

The beds were comfortable but the double wasn’t a double and was very small for a couple

No plug in kitchen so couldn’t use sink. No bowl either Windows broken in every room so wouldn’t shut, shampoo fell off in night due to draft and woke everyone No towels in kitchen to dry up or hands Dishwasher but no tablets No hair dryer Not enough shower towels No pull cord on blinds in lounge Drawers broken in bedrooms Only 2 coat hangers in one bedroom Asked the host to recommend places to visit and eat as the trip was for my daughter who is considering uni there. They said they weren’t from area so didn’t know! How can you rent out a property and not know key things about the area it’s in to help out your guests????

It was clean, warm and convenient, for trans and public transport. There was allocated parking and a working lift. It was quiet, and it felt safe. The host was quick to reply and the instructions for check in were quick and easy to follow.

All the beds were a bit small and the bedding was washed and clean, but had stains on them, I don’t like flannelette sheets or fabric headboards, as they are not easy to wash. The bath had a lot of black round the taps.

Lots of space, comfortable beds. Very quiet considering it's proximity to the main road. Good access to tram services.

The property was spacious and comfortable. Contact with the host was excellent and he was very responsive to any questions I raised. Heating and hot water both plentiful. 5 mins walk from where I needed to be. Really good value.
