Lovely loft junto a la Giralda

The apartment is in an amazing location with restaurants just moments away and yet, because it's just tucked down a tiny side street, it's super-quiet at night. The bed is supremely comfortable, the bed linen is super-high thread count, the pillows comfy and the marble floor nice and cool. Right above the bed is a shelf with plug sockets, USB-A and USB-C sockets, perfect for charging devices overnight. The apartment has air-conditioning too, which we didn't think we'd need in November, but we really appreciated it! The kitchen area is small but honestly has everything you'd need and there's even a washer/dryer. this place has been furnished with thought and care. The shower is large, perfectly controllable and keeps its temperature. The owner left us a map with her favourite restaurants and breakfast places and encouraged us to contact her with any questions, although we simply didn't need to. I completely messed up the key pick-up - totally my fault - and she really couldn't have been nicer about it.

The bathroom floor is pretty slippy when wet, so do be careful. Although the apartment is called a 'loft', it's not - it's on the ground floor, so anyone who's worried about stairs doesn't need to!

Very clean, enough space for 3 of us, also for 4 guests. With 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with coffee and tea, even milk and sweets. Best location 2 minutes walking from Cathedral. The owner was very helpful, also provides advices for recommended restaurants etc.

까르멘이 정말정말 친절합니다. 그리고 주부의 솜씨로 집을 아주 청결하게 관리합니다. 모든 것이 상태가 완벽했고 특히 유리로 된 식기는 컵이 뽀드득 아주 깨끗했습니다. 저희 어머니께서도 만족하셨습니다. 위치도 대성당 바로 앞이어서 언제든 쉬었다 가기 좋습니다. 까르멘은 간단한 마실것을 웰컴 드링크로 줬고, 욕실용품 등도 새 제품을 주었습니다. 특히 저희는 세비야에서 리스본으로 이동해야 했는데 미리 예약해둔 교통편이 캔슬되어 매우 당황스러웠는데, 까르멘이 친절하고 적극적으로 대체 교통편을 알아봐주어서 무사히 이동할 수 있었습니다. 까르멘 덕분에 세비야의 기억이 너무 좋습니다. 까르멘을 세비야 홍보대사로 임명해야 합니다.

Хорошее расположение апартаментов, в самом центре. От аэропорта добрались на автобусе. Остановка рядом.В апартаментах чисто, даже очень чисто, есть все необходимое. Хозяйка очень приятная , сама принесла ключи, мы списались за 20 минут. Огромное спасибо!

We had the most wonderful stay! Everything was absolutely fantastic - the accommodation itself was super comfortable, clean and equipped with everything you needed for a relaxing experience. We loved how homey the apartment was, with lots of beautiful decoration that made it feel so welcoming, and also greatly appreciated the air-con when travelling in the summer heat. Carmen was an amazing host who gave us recommendations and information on the local area and was so warm when we met her in person. The accommodation is also in a perfect location! We were able to easily explore the city centre on foot, which was so convenient. Overall, it was excellent value for money and made our time in Seville so enjoyable and stress-free. Thank you Carmen for your care and consideration - we will absolutely recommend to friends!

Nothing! Everything was wonderful and we had no issues at all. If we had, I am confident that Carmen would have quickly addressed them as she was very responsive and checked in to ensure everything was going well!
