The overall location of the property. The fact its in central location yet the lane is very peaceful. Host is really helpful and communicative.

One day the shower did not have hot water, it could be because of the weather, but next day the hot water was available so no complaints

The place is in an excellent location. It is within walking distance of the city center. Quiet and peaceful. The hosts are extremely nice and kind and speak English, Russian and of course Georgian. The apartment has a private entrance, and has a large and clean bathroom, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. A washing machine and a drying area can be used. The apartment also has an outdoor seating area. The beautiful accent is the piano in the main room. I was in the apartment for 4 days and felt like home. I will be back with pleasure.

Good location - 5 min walk to the city center, good and big apartment with all needs, friendly host

Personally, I would prefere electric kettle, but old fasioned with gas usage was cool too, AC Remote battery died, It was little bit cold after shower and I wanted to heat up a bit.
