Location was good. Loved the natural light in the kitchen.

Ad states "vacation home". Is actually an "inlaw apartment "in the back of the home. "Private" seating area with a security camera. Limited hot water. Paid a cleaning fee,yet the owner messaged us mid stay asking us to bring the trash barrel to the curb for pickup the next morning. Dresser drawer held tools and spare parts,as well as unused flooring in the closet. Plastic still on the outside furniture. Things just didn't look ready for rental. It surely isn't a "Vacation Home". Itis more a vacation apartment.

The house was very clean except for a few things. The host was very responsive whenever I asked a question.

There were German roaches and they are very hard to get rid of so when we got home we had to leave everything in the garage to make sure we didn't bring any home with us. They had to have known about them because there was a roach trap in the kitchen with some already on it. They should get rid of them though before renting anymore as it was inconvenient to have to take everything out of our suitcases and bags before bringing it in the house when we got home. They also could have had more blankets as we let them know there would be 3 adults and there was only 2 blankets.

Cozy home and sparkling clean.

Everything was great. I would only recomend to improve the fence door for entrance.

we had confusion with parking spots and the door should have a curtain or something covering the glass for privacy
