Location! Everything was in walking distance.

The ambience and how the property has everything you need and also the contactless booking.

Nothing I didn’t like about the property besides getting the lower level room and it didn’t have windows. Definitely would book a higher level room next time for the windows.

Proximity to Alamo

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The location couldn't be better—right in the heart of everything downtown. The room was comfortable, very well maintained, and had a great overall vibe. I’d definitely stay here again. The French bakery across the street is must!

GREAT location. The immediate area around the apartment was a little rough looking but just a block or two from there is literally everything.

We recently stayed at la luz apartment near the San Antonio River Walk, and it was the perfect spot for our trip! The location couldn’t have been better just steps away from everything we wanted to see and do. The apartment itself was super cute, very clean, and had all the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer, which came in so handy for traveling with kids. This was my children’s first 24-hour road trip, so having such a cozy and comfortable place to relax after long days of sightseeing made all the difference. The AC worked wonders and was a lifesaver in that Texas heat!

We stayed for four days and left on a Saturday. One thing to note: the bar upstairs can get pretty loud on weekend nights. If you’re not into the club scene, weekdays might be a better option for a quieter stay. Other than that, everything was perfect, and I’d definitely recommend this place for families looking to explore San Antonio!

Great staff very helpful with booking and had a very enjoyable honeymoon at La luz.
