The location was perfect less than 2 hrs from Grand Canyon, 30 mins from Out of Africa Animal park, 30 mins from Bearizona, 30 mins from Williams (route 66 town). The house was clean, beds were comfortable and all is well furnished.

The house is 3 levels and there 2 sets of stairs,, so was caught off gaurd and was tough for my 75yr old mother to navigate.

The area was beautiful.

With all honesty the property was beautiful and relaxing, the only thing is that the house needs to be deep cleaned. It was presentable, but you can tell that house has not been deep cleaned in a while. Inside and Outside. This is my honest opinion. TIA

"FLAGSTAFF SNOW RETREAT"

Nice fireplace and beautiful scenery all around the home. Very convenient location close to hiking and local area attractions. Clean with a beautiful bathtub upstairs and several television sets throughout the home. Had a garage to park the car in so it did not get buried in the snow outside.

The TV's had no subscriptions on them and the remote control batteries were dead. There was multiple cracks in the ceiling throughout the home, seem to have been overlooked and the rules ask not to set heating above a certain amount, I think if I remember right it was 72 but that's pretty cold. There was no firewood at the property and it's advertised as having a fireplace. Other than these it was a great little house and we enjoyed our stay there.

"Even better than I expected"

Everything was great. The atmosphere was very relaxing for a vacation, and the house was clean and cozy. It’s not very large, but the interior is comfortable, well equipped, and nicely put together. Jeff and Ashley did an excellent job, they were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely come back again.

It’s not that we disliked anything, this is just a small suggestion. Adding curtains or window coverings to the kitchen glass door/window right behind the eatimg table would help make the space feel more private
