Stay l Urban - Spacious apartment with private terrace

Great spot for a group! The rooms were spacious and beds were each big enough for two people. Great living room space to relax in.

The apartment was great for a group of 4 friends.The location was good...close to tram line.

We had no hairdryer,no coffee cups and no dish towels.we requested and they didn't show up until last day of trip.The property has not been maintained..Hole in ceiling,broken blinds,cigarette butt's on penthouse patio.Patio was dirty. WE HAD to WAIT 20 MINUTES TO CHECK IN AS APARTMENT WASN'T READY..If the apartment was maintained it would have been a more favorable place to stay.The management of property has to be improved.

the location was a little out of the way but train stop near by. place was clean.

there was no WIFI and no one to help us. also needed washer and dryer for mid point of my trip so booked this place a little out of the way because they told me that had both. when we arrived no dryer. Beds were ok I. terms of comfort. it was a dorm room.

The proximity to the tram coming from the airport and grocery store were great. Easy walk to the fish market, Bryggen and Floibanen fanicular. The host was great with communication when we had questions. They were also helpful when we made a mistake with our booking and checked out late.

This was student housing rented as an apartment so not as nice as the pictures looked. There were slow drains, dishes left in the dishwasher, stains on couch, fruit flies in the elevator, no dish cloths or sponges to wipe the counters in the kitchen, small beds (advertised as queens but only one as big as a full bed).

Wasn't very clean when we arrived, beds aren't very comfortable.

Perfect location. Grocery store in front of the apartment.

WiFi doesn't work. TV doesn't work. Shower sink is not working for full capacity. Stove takes ages to boil the water.

Bright and roomy apartment with 2 full baths. Tram/light rail, grocery store, and coffee shop were right across the street. Several restaurants close by. Fully furnished kitchen. Large living room/kitchen area we could all use together. Balcony with French doors was small but nice to have.

Dryer wasn’t working. We never figured tv out but didn’t really need it.

Walkable location from Bergen station. Spacious flat with small bedrooms which is fine for sleeping in, but not all beds are suitable for 2 persons to sleep in. There is a supermarket just across the street, which was open until 10 pm. Bedrooms, bedding, and bathrooms were clean, pleasant, and comfortable. Lovely shampoo and body wash available, and enough towels were provided.

We found dirty dishes in the dishwasher on arrival. The oven pan was also dirty with bits of leftover food in it. We had to wash it before preparing our pizza late at night and had not enough clean plates to eat from as most of the plates were still dirty in the dishwasher. There were also no oven mitts. The scourer for washing dishes seemed like it hadn't been replaced for a long time. Preparing food after a long journey wasn't a pleasant experience in this kitchen.
