Nada más entrar al apartamento el olor a humedad que tiraba para atrás y además tuvimos un problema con la cerradura de la puerta, al intentar entrar después de cenar ya que llegamos a las 22:00 horas, no hubo manera de poder abrir, intentamos contactar con el apartamento en infinidad de ocasiones no obtuvimos respuesta (digo yo que debería haber alguien disponible para incidencias):y a las 23:30 tuvimos que contactar con un cerrajero 24 horas, para que nos pudiera abrir la puerta. Por lo visto era una cerradura de seguridad y tiene truco el bombín para poder abrir. Si alguien hubiera estado disponible para que nos ayudara, no hubiéramos tenido que pagar 121 €. No teníamos dónde ir, ni disponíamos de nuestros equipajes. Hemos solicitado la devolución de la factura y hasta la fecha, la respuesta es que están intentando que el seguro lo pague, ha pasado una semana... Es la primera vez que tenemos un problema de esta índole y es una pena que un viaje a un lugar tan emblemático se haya visto ensombrecido por esta situación. Ruego encarecidamente la devolución de la factura.

Todo estupendo y cerca de las mejores atracciones turísticas, apartamento muy limpio y organizado, el contacto con el responsable del piso fue muy rápido y siempre estuvo disponible. volveré seguro.
