great location, breakfast but most importantly Jane and family were so good - even letting us help around the farm!!

sat nav takes you down a steep hill - just review the map before going to the location

"Lovely B & B, wonderful breakfast, very near many tourist sites you might want to visit."

Proprietor was extremely welcoming and very helpful. Breakfasts were cooked to perfection, all ingredients very tasty. Bedroom comfortable and very clean. Would recommend.

Sat nav instructions take you to back of farm where you cannot access. So you need to follow road around to the front of farm.

Jayne is super kind and welcoming. The breakfast is delicious and home made. Perfect place to live the real experience in the Peak District!

The only think I would say is the wifi that doesn’t work very well in the room
