We had fantastic stay, super clean and comfortable place. Well equiped, close to the old town.

Lovely apartments next to the station - 5 minutes walk. If you arrive too early before check-in, then you can leave your suitcases at the Bounce luggage store at Via V. Veneto - 4 minutes from the station and 4 min from the apartment. Two nice supermarkets nearby, many cafes and restaurants. 10 minutes walk to tourist spots in the city center. Inside – that’s fantastic. Newly renovated and really ergonomic design. The apartments can be easily used as a visual aid for lectures on modern design and organization of space in residential premises. Very clean and comfortable. There is everything you need, including a Smeg washing machine. And even a welcome bottle of local wine. The host Andrea is friendly and helpful. Many thanks to him.

This is a beautifully designed, high quality studio type apartment where the owner has paid great attention to detail. The building itself is stunning and is one of the most interesting we have stayed in. A welcome pack with wine, biscuits etc was really appreciated and communication with the owner was excellent. A fabulous place to stay in the pretty town of Monopoli!

Modern decor, very clean, very spacious

A perfect location so close to old town and train station to Polignano a Mare. The apartment was so spacious and tasteful. A welcoming bottle of Rose wine from Alberobello and tasty snacks was much appreciated. Excellent appliances, especially a washing machine are a bonus. Hosts are communicative and very helpful.

the owner was very helpful and friendly. He was kind enough to keep a parking spot available just outside the door. They also left us an amazing welcome pack with a bottle of wine and biscuits. Plenty of great quality supplies were left for us to use, including washing machine detergent, food items and bathroom products

The Location was very close to the center and in the same time in a quiet street without noise that was easy to park your car most of the times. Very good value for money apartment and highly recommended for families with kids.

This is not just an apartment, its like castle or a big Trulli and it's HUGE. Everything is perfect, clean, convenient, modern bathroom, close to the old city center. This is truly an experience.

Parking in the area is not easy, but it's expected when close to city center.
