The apartment is extremely comfortable and spacious. Smooth check in and check out, well equipped.

We were impressed by the clean, modern well finished interior which contrasted sharply with the rather shabby exterior of the block (typical of the area). Good quality fittings. White marble floor. Effective fly screens on all windows – very useful as mosquitoes are a bit of a problem in that region. Location was good with a 15-20 minute walk to Bari old town. A useful supermarket and a pharmacy 2 minutes walk away – essential for self-catering. Friendly and helpful host in neighbouring apartment (mother of the owner I believe). Situated on the 3rd floor but there is a lift – an important feature if you arrive with heavy luggage as we did. Generally a very quiet building and reasonably quiet area apart from the occasional barking dog or passing motor bike. An enjoyable stay of 4 nights. We would happily have stayed longer if we had not already planned to travel on to Lecce.

Slightly confusing instructions for picking up keys. This may be due to our unfamiliarity with WhatsApp. Owner said entry to the apartment block would be automatic on arrival if we contacted him by WhatsApp. It seems that 'Automatic' meant that he could activate entry to the building from a remote location without needing to be present in person. Once we were inside a WhatsApp message would give us details of how to obtain the keys. We would have liked one or two non-Italian TV channels – either English or German – but that is a minor issue.

The apartment is wonderful, very clean and is well equipped with everything needed. The host Andrea was very kind and replied quickly to our addressed questions. The area where the apartment is located is also nice with bakeries and cafes visited by locals.

This accommodation was a perfect location for us to explore the region in a rental car based in Bari. Free parking was easily found close to the residence during our 7 night stay. The apartment was immaculate, spacious for two people. It was fresh with rooms tastefully furnished having a new recently renovated feel. The kitchen facilities were perfect.

It is a clean, nice interior. Pretty close to Bari Vecchia (15 minutes walk). Has a very good ristorante nearby (la lanterna Verde). Free parking and paid parking in proximity The coffee "machine" it's a challenge but after watching an YouTube video making coffee was kinda fun

The balcony is very small (I am a smoker) but we managed to smoke there Weather (I know, it's not related to the accomodation 😅)

The appointment was very clean and new. The unit was very quiet. The bed was really comfortable and we were able to rest well before the next adventure. We loved the fragrant coffee that was provided.

Nothing major. It would have been nice to have a couple of umbrellas handy.

The apartment was very large and clean, The host was super nice, and attended all our needs. Acces was very easy.
