1. Location. Near Metro Station Zhibek Zholy ( train subway) walking distance 4-5minutes 2. Near to popular attractions . Walking distance 10-15 minutes .the Park ,Ascension Cathedral, Green Bazar , and many mores . 3. Near to Supermarket Such as Magnum, KFC and halal cafe/restaurant nearby . 4. Comfortable bedroom. 5. The owner give clear instructions and very easy to understand and process of check in and check out very fast and easy.

Bathtub has been extremely slow draining, clogged for what seems like years.

Good location. Nice staff Tatyana. Equipped kitchen facilities

Some facilities like Microoven not working , even after complain no body show up . However it is not a big issue as we have alternative option in properties

The rooms & living room were comfortable. The apartment was clean. Clear communication with the property owner on booking and check in. Took Yandex here and the place is easy to locate. Great playground downstairs for our son to play. Not sure how good was the location because we only stay for one night.

The bathtub was a bit wobbly. And there is no drain at the toilet floor. The dining chair could be unsafe for small kid or toddler.

"Amazing stay at almaty"

It is very near to arbat g street and metro station. Plenty of restaurant and shop nearby. Easy to find food. There is playground in the property as well

If owner can accept card payment, it will be very convinient
