Clean new apartment. Good water pressure but only cold water though. Aircon relatively quiet for its kind. Service water provided. good wifi. It is easy to visit nearby swimming pool by walk in Ponce de Leon resort.

Bit hard to locate based on address. Google maps has the location totally wrong on that street. It is next to BOK Garage on maps if you want to look it up.

The facility is good. It met my expectation

nothing. i jusr got out right after check-in.

1. google map is not matched with your location including booking.com.. telephone on the booking.com is wrong number. i just asked local people several times and i should use other person's call because i have no phone call. so i paid for using phone(20peso) even though wrong number and no answer(google map'phone number) 2. no airport transportation service i had a reservation after seeing d&d has airport drop service, but when i checked in they told me they could not give me drop service. they told me just sorry.... 3. other room(double bed room) d&d gave me. i had a reservation dormitory room even though double bed room d&d gave me is cheeper price. the reason i had a reservation for dormitory even though more expensive than double room(this is also not understanding) i want to communicate with other travellers. 4. aircon is working but performance very low. 5. they told me they are just Inn, not hostel. when i had a reservation for d&d i configured category of hostel on booking.com.... 6. dirty lugs and bed cover... i request refund to host. he told me he accept my suggestion but he so not refund according to contract agreement. who does not follow the contract agreement accordign to the above??? so i will protest booking.com when i get back to my contry.

Everyone working there were so welcoming and friendly, they gave us recommendations of where to eat it was really nice

Owner and staff were very kind and accommodating.
