El señor Ron, el propietario es muy amable y atento, lo cual compensa muchas de las evidentes carencias en mantenimiento que tiene el hotel. Da algunas recomendaciones y siempre se dirige con amabilidad, incluso me ofreció una noche extra gratuita (me quedé 4). El ser buena persona de alguna manera compensa las fallas grandes que tiene el hotel.

Jamás se limpió la habitación. De hecho ya estaba sucia cuando llegué. Se me entregaron un par de sábanas, mismas que en mis 4 noches no fueron cambiadas. La cama nunca se tendió, ni nada similar, lo cual sin duda es grave. En parte agradecí que mis pertenencias estuvieran seguras al no entrar nadie, pero la limpieza es algo esencial en cualquier hotel. En cuanto a su ubicación, está cerca de la playa, pero todas las calles son muy empinadas, empedradas y solitarias, lo que hace cansadísimo el recorrido. Mi condición es buena, pero estoy seguro que alguien con obesidad, edad avanzada o no tan buena condición lo sufriría demasiado, o tendría que pagar siempre taxi o mototaxi, no apto para amantes de la caminata, como yo; cada llegada rayaba en la tortura por las empinadas calles. Bonito hotel, prácticamente nulo mantenimiento (el baño, que se compartía con otra habitación, tampoco fue lavado en ningún momento, donde incluso había botellas de shampoo vacías muy viejas, pastas de dientes vacías y cosas similares, revelando un gran abandono al mantenimiento).

The house is quite splendid in its design if not a tad bit dated. However, the view over the valley is splendid and the breeze that blows through the house is divine! The balcony upstairs is perfect for early morning waking and yoga with that spending view. It is very close to several beaches. The kitchen was great for cooking and was well-equipped. For those who love exercise, the hills are right up your alley!! There were a few problems that were quite significant but Ron and I communicated and he made up for these shortcomings with his presence, generosity and kindness. Thus, I have given him a great score. Perfection is not the absence of issues but rather the facing and solution of them. Thanks for a pleasant stay and the interesting talks, Ron!

Ron was a great host who was happy to offer advice on things to do in Manzanillo and even picked me up from the bus station when I arrived. The room spacious and clean with a good view from the outdoor area.

Although the location was good, expect to walk up a hill to reach the house unless you want to use a taxi.

The host was always super helpful.

Thinking about the price, that was an amazing deal!! I didn't have to share the room this other people, and the room quiet and cozy
