"Horrible"

Everything . We turned up at 3.30 to find someone else in our apartment. We had driven for 8 hours had no other accommodation and we were due to leave for a concert within the hour. The number on the booking didn't connect so I called a number on a sign at the house . I was informed they only just noticed someone else was booked into the room . Even tho they booked us other accommodation the mess around for that was ridiculous. They got us to start driving into the city to a hotel then 20 minutes later got us to do a u turn and drive 50 minutes the other way. We were late to a concert and I have been promised a refund for the difference of the accommodation. It's been a week and I have seen nothing . I had requested the owner calls me to fix this
