Swimming pool very good, easy walking distance to the beach. Kitchen well equipped. Altogether a pleasant apartment.

Blinds and around the windows in main bedroom very dusty - didn't appear to have been cleaned in a while. Small double bed in second bedroom. Beach equipment stashed in cupboard of second bedroom, would take less room if put away properly. Chairs on balcony not very comfortable.

The property was big and pool / landscaping was well maintained as well as the common areas. Our unit was updated and very comfortable. The property management company was very responsive and nice when I needed to reach out to them.

We stayed in building #5, which had 5 floors and we were on the 4th. The elevator was scary! When we arrived with all our suitcases, we pushed the 4 button and when the door opened, we got off and then realized it was the 3rd floor. We tried to push the button to get the elevator back and it would not open. We had to carry our suitcases up to the next floor. Went out to get groceries, the elevator opened on the 4th floor for us, but when we got back… same thing. It was hit or miss if it would take us to our floor or not. We were told it was getting replaced in May. Parking is also an issue. They should have assigned spots for the units but do not. If you were able to get a spot in the back (closest to our unit) there were only stairs, no ramps, so if you had luggage or anything it’s an issue. When you park out front by the road there are no stairs, but a long walk to the back if you have suitcases or heavy grocery bags.
