Cosy n Comfy Flat in Historic Heart of Edinburgh

Location could not have been better, just off the Royal Mile. Kitchen well equipped.

It’s fairly basic as it’s an old tenement flat but comfortable and clean.

Loved how close this was to everything we were doing. Greatly enjoyed everyone having their own space to sleep, while also allowing space for us all to be together. Great value!!!! The staff was very responsive and went above and beyond with providing exceptional customer service.

The bathroom could use some upgrading, and the floors are pretty creaky. It's a little hard to find, even our taxi driver couldn't locate it. If you're trying to find it, it's located right next to the City Cafe.

Small, really cosy appartment in the center of Edinburgh, located just off the Royal Mile. Entrance looks not encouraging, but the flat is really ok, although quite outdated. if you just look for a place to sleep it's perfect.

The bath was small and we had trouble with the water which the host helped us with but it kept running cold. It didn’t disrupt things too much though.

The location was very convenient to the Royal Mile. The flat was comfortable and had everything we needed. The owner was very responsive to our questions, and we had no trouble finding the flat or obtaining the keys.

There are three flights of steps ...60 steps to get to the flat. OK if you are younger and fitter than we are. Even though we found the flat to be convenient and it had all that we needed, if we had been aware of how difficult it was for us to manage our large suitcases up and down the stairs, we would have chosen elsewhere with a lift or on the ground or first level.

The owner was very helpful and gave clear instructions for how to get to location and where to get the key

The property is not suitable for people with disabilities or mobility problems I suffer from mobility issues and back problems but had to climb 3 flight to reach to the property which was not mentioned in the property information if I had known I wouldn’t have booked it, the staircase was very dark no light to see our steps and was very dirty. also the beds were very hard and was not clean at all we couldn’t sleep in the room or the bed in the sitting room and had to sleep in a very discomfort way in the sitting room.
