Aisa Home Near the Beach

Good location close to beach and not far from city centre. Spacious room with balcondy, and has more amenities than normal hotel room (microwave and small stove, dishes, kitchen towel, fridge, coffee-tea, extra blankets and bedsheets).

It was a bit hot on a warm day, bed was slightly squeeking.

Good location, not far to the beach. Comfortable balcony for morning tea. There were different tea, as well as coffee. Comfortable bed, calm neighbourhood.

As it was a microwave, at least one plate at the flat would be helpful 🙂

Not a bad location. ± 14 minutes walk to the sea. Easy access to keys (code) for check-in. View of the courtyard, not the road, can also be considered a plus.

The microwave was dirty, with food scraps left inside (probably from previous tenants), and clipped nails were noticed on the floor (disgusting). There were no spoons in the room (but there is a kettle/coffee machine). Additionally, there was no hairdryer in the room. The shower drain was poorly made, as water almost reaches the door after taking a shower. Towels were small-sized. Although the reservation was for 3 people, there were only 2 sets of towels for some reason. The TV either didn't work or we couldn't figure out how to use it. The keypad entry system is convenient for not having to meet the host, but it's incredibly inconvenient if you need to go in and out multiple times, especially if you forget your phone (where the code is saved). In short, if you're staying for one or two days max, it's passable, but if it's longer, I recommend looking for alternative accommodation.
